The Chief Investment Business Officer is a C-suite executive responsible for leading Bio Usawa Biotechnology’s investment strategy, portfolio management, and capital deployment. The role oversees asset allocation, investment performance, and risk management to support sustainable growth, while serving as a key liaison to investors, partners, and the Board.

Job Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s investment philosophy, risk framework, and long-term asset allocation
Oversee the investment portfolio, including performance monitoring, market research, and strategic investment decisions
Lead capital-raising initiatives and manage relationships with institutional, private, and impact investors
Implement risk management, liquidity, and compliance strategies aligned with governance and regulatory requirements
Lead internal investment resources and oversee external investment managers and advisors
Report investment performance and strategic insights to executive leadership and the Board
Qualifications
Executive-level experience in investment management, corporate finance, or strategic business development
Proven track record in portfolio oversight, fundraising, and investor relations
Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or related sectors preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, governance, and stakeholder communication skills
